New smileys and tags have been/will be added. these are:
*note: the buttons for the smileys/tags will not show up in the quick post button/smiley list (though typing it out still works), the buttons only show up in Reply.
New Smileys

Whisper tags (these allow you to hide tagged text from all users except for the one(s) you specify)
